     Founded by a healthcare provider, JENCO LLC was born out of a keen desire to streamline the delivery of medical care. We identified the need for efficient, reliable, and user-friendly tools to assist healthcare professionals in their life-saving work. Armed with first-hand knowledge of the challenges that these practitioners face, we embarked on a mission to create software solutions that could make their jobs easier, while protecting patients.

     Our flagship product, the Rapid Vent Calculator app, embodies this mission. The app is designed to provide swift and accurate ventilator settings for patients, based on critical inputs such as the patient’s gender, height, and weight, as well as the volume of air they need to be ventilated with. The app can generate the appropriate ventilator breaths per minute, tidal volume, and minute volume for initial ventilator settings.

     The Rapid Vent Calculator also includes a feature for calculating the dosage of popular medications for Rapid Sequence Induction (RSI), making it a versatile tool for medical professionals. The user-friendly interface of the app allows healthcare professionals to enter the patient’s weight, and the dosages of the most common RSI medications are provided on the same page as the ventilator settings. 

     Our primary goal at with our first application, Rapid Vent Calculator, is to minimize the risk of lung injuries resulting from improper ventilation settings. By ensuring that healthcare professionals have easy access to the correct information, we contribute to the administration of lung-protective ventilation and improve the overall safety of ventilator use.
